If you purchased any Red Giant product before August 2007 an update is required for Adobe CS3 and Mac Intel compatibility, some are free and some require an upgrade fee. What is the Red Giant upgrade/update policy?

Our general company upgrade policy is to only charge for upgrades if we feel we are offering value-added features to the product. When we update a product for compatibility reasons or are fixing known problems, we generally offer these updates at no charge. This policy reflects the amount engineering time required to generate the upgrades and updates. We hope you find this policy to be equitable and fair.
