Serial number exchange for Trapcode and Digital Anarchy

We have switched serial numbers for Trapcode Echospace, Lux, Particular and Soundkeys along with the former Digital Anarchy products PlaneSpace (3D Assistants Pro), Psunami, Text Anarchy and ToonIt to a format consistent with other Red Giant Software products. If you own one of these products but have an old serial number from purchase through trapcode.com or digitalanarchy.com, you can use the serial number exchange form to get a new key and use the current installers. Simply fill out the form and a new key will be emailed to you. Important: you may only exchange a key once. Visit: Serial Number Conversion.

Serial Number Delivery

Serial numbers are sent to the e-mail address that you provided at checkout. Serial numbers are typically sent within a few hours of checkout.

Please add serialnumbersupport[at]redgiantsoftware.com to your safe recipients list. Please check your Junk mail folder, as it is common to find this message there.

Cross-grade and academic orders require verification, after verification has been received these are sent within one business day.

If you have not received a serial number within 24 hours, please contact Technical Support.

Authorizing the Software

All software ships as a demo version so you will need to enter the serial code that you received via e-mail from Red Giant Software. During installation when you see a screen with five entry boxes labeled "Serial Number", type the number in exactly as it appears in our e-mail and the software will then be ready to use. Most of our plug-ins can be registed within the host application they were installed for. First apply the plug-in within the host application, open its effect controls and then click the "options" button and register.

Retrieving a Lost Serial Number

If you bought a product directly from Red Giant Software before May 19, 2008, you can retrieve your serial number through our previous serial number look up system. You will need the original order number or email that you used to purchase the software to retrieve the serial number. Click to Look Up Your Serial Number.
